The Grip, Rip and Dip® experience is heading to the Southwest, starting in Colorado, with future shops set for New Mexico and Oklahoma

PopUp Bagels has built its following by placing the bagel itself at the center of the experience. Served fresh from the oven, hot and whole, each bagel is meant to be ripped apart and dipped into schmear. The intentionally simple menu, complemented by limited-edition flavors and collaborations, has transformed an everyday staple into a communal, craveable experience.

Building on that momentum, Meij will bring the brand’s high-energy, community-first approach to neighborhoods throughout the region, fueling everything from post-trail-run breakfasts to casual Sunday kitchen counter hangouts.
